Alana Kaye College continues to be a leading provider of training to students across Australia and around the world. They put their students first and their programs are designed to be interactive, industry supportive, flexible, current, and a stepping-stone to further studies and/or increased job opportunities.
In late 2020 Alana Kaye College won the Northern Territory Chief Minister’s Export Award for being the International Education Provider demonstrating resilience and forward-thinking during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and more recently won both the Exporter of the Year, and International Education and Training awards at the 2022 Chief Minister’s NT Export Awards.
The College was also identified as the Centre of Excellence in the Northern Territory in providing training and assessment skills and/or qualifications by the Northern Territory Government. Alana Kaye is well regarded for high-quality training, and they pride themselves on their ability to produce good quality students who are job-ready.
Alana Kaye currently operates from two Australian campuses, one located on the Gold Coast in Queensland, the second located in Darwin, the capital of the Northern Territory of Australia, and have also just recently opened their first official international office out of Manila in the Philippines. Additionally, Alana Kaye College has extensive experience travelling and training throughout the world including, but not limited to, remote communities and all capital cities around Australia.

Alana is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alana Kaye College. Prior to starting up Alana Kaye College in 2011, Alana worked extensively in both private and public enterprises around Australia in Human Resource Management and Development.
Alana’s training and lecturing experience includes Higher Education, Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Corporate Training. Her expertise is in Strategic Planning, Business Planning, Leadership and Management training and the ongoing development of trainers in the VET sector.
Alana is an accredited Myers Briggs (MBTI) facilitator, Team Management Index (TMI) facilitator and DiSC Profile System trainer and provides consulting and training services to corporate clients across Australia.
Alana is the Chair of the Northern Territory Independent Tertiary Education Council of Australia (ITECA) Committee and on the National Board of ITECA. Alana’s experience is supported by her Master of Education (Leadership and Management), Med (L’ship&M’ment) and her Bachelor of Adult and Vocational Education (B.AVE).
Adding to her already impressive list of achievements, Alana recently co-authored a published article in the Australian Journal of Adult Learning along with Dr Susan Bandias and Dr Rajeev Sharma, highlighting the impacts of COVID on teaching, training, and learning in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector based on her own experiences during the COVID-19 Pandemic, of which she was awarded the 2020 Northern Territory Chief Minister’s Export Award for being the International Education Provider demonstrating resilience and forward-thinking during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
